How and when do I receive my payments?
Owner disbursements are typically sent via direct deposit after rent is collected and expenses are processed, on a consistent monthly schedule. -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer tenants multiple payment options, including secure online payments. We strictly enforce lease terms when rent is late and manage the collection process fully. -
What lease lengths do you offer?
Most leases are for 12 months, though we can adjust terms based on market demand or your preferences. -
How much security deposit do you require from tenants?
Security deposits are set according to market standards, legal requirements, and applicant qualifications. -
When can you start managing my property?
