Mike’s approach combines data-driven decision-making with a hands-on commitment to protecting and growing each client’s investment. His goal? Born and raised in Louisville, Chris brings a systems-driven mindset to Score Property Management, built from years in engineering and project management. His experience coordinating complex operations is the backbone of the streamlined processes Score is known for today. Chris focuses on optimizing workflows, vendor relationships, and the resident experience—ensuring properties run efficiently and owners stay informed.
